Kingi Place, Richmond

The local Nelson builder was so impressed with our work at the Suffolk Road property that they immediately used Home Concepts to stage another property in Richmond.

This property was yet again built to a high standard and spec with careful thought going into all aspects of the design.

However, because it had been marketed as an empty home the offers had been slow in coming.

Staging the property made all the difference and within a few weeks an offer was accepted and the sale was unconditional!
