Bisley Ave, Nelson

The owner of this property really wanted to make the most of his Californian bungalow with stunning views over the beach before it went onto the market. He wasn’t afraid to put in some hard work himself either!

After completing the necessary work set out in the Property Presentation Report, in which I recommended changes to the out dated kitchen, dark uninviting bathroom and painting out some dark wall colours we were then ready to stage the house with our stylish furniture and finishing touches.

The results were amazing! A lighter, brighter, more welcoming home which really enhanced the enviable position of the property.

This home sold after only 5 weeks in a slow and difficult market.
